On August 15th, the Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) Working Group released an updated Working Draft of SVG’s XML Binding Language (sXBL). The sXBL language defines the presentation and interactive behavior of elements outside the SVG namespace. The group welcomes comments and seeks feedback on the includes attribute.
